Job Purpose The Hero Are you someone who likes putting on different hats throughout your week? We’re looking for someone who can take the lead in SEO, Analytics, and PPC on different accounts depending on the need. Ideally you’d be able to wear multiple hats on the same client and enjoy being able to pivot from PPC to Analytics for example, partnering with an Account Director.
Sidekick As the resident chameleon of MKG, we’ll be looking for your help to support our experts on larger accounts. For example, this may mean stepping in for an extended absence to take over PPC or it may mean sharing responsibilities for SEO on a large client, following the SEO Expert’s strategy and lead. You’re someone who sees the value in supporting your fellow team members' roles in the spotlight.
Key Skills Required Strategy Where you're the hero, you'll need to set the strategy for your accounts across SEO, Digital Advertising, and/or Analytics. You’re comfortable reading performance data, creating formulas, and making an actionable plan to reach client or MKG set KPIs, as well as translating this to client speak.
Execution Once the strategy is approved, on either the clients you own or support, you'll need to build digital advertising campaigns and launch. You'll need to provide documentation and how-to guides on specific SEO opportunities and help clients implement website changes. You'll need to make sure we can measure all our efforts down through the full marketing funnel using the client's analytics tool stack.
Measure You'll need to produce reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis with the help of our automated reporting tools to provide clients insight and next steps. You have experience setting up automated reporting and providing strategic recommendations based on data, including working with Salesforce, GSC, GA, and GTM.
Optimize We believe in continuous optimization and iteration. You’re used to checking paid ad campaigns multiple times a week to review performance and make strategic optimizations.
