Work From Home
12 Months Duration

Individually accountable for all aspects of the post issue Operations of assigned customer plans, both corporate owned and corporate sponsored life insurance cases.
Builds and maintains business relationships with producers, their support staff, third party administrators, benefit consultants, regional life consultants, and additional internal support areas.
Receives and responds to inquiries, administration requests, and issue resolution matters. 
Good communication skills. 
Able to interact with customers and clients. 
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Internet usage.
This is a part time position with a guaranteed 30 working hours per week. Hours for the business unit are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 11:00 and Saturday, 9:00-6:00.
