We currently have 20 openings for Inbound Customer Service Reps to work from home!

Will be answering a high volume of inbound only calls. Basic computer skills needed, typing 30wpm.

Must have open availability, weekends are required
Bilingual a plus!

Full time, 40 hours per week
Hours of operation -9am-10pm Monday-Sunday (You will be scheduled an 8 hour shift/day, 40 hours per week)

Remote requirements:
• Maintain a secure, high speed internet connection
• Ability to plug in Ethernet cable into a modem
• Have a dedicated workspace in their homes or remote locations to provide services to the Company
• Ability to come into the campus to pick up equipment
