We are partnered with a client that has multiple openings for Work From Home Call Center Representatives. MUST have experience working from home, preferably in a call center type position OR Team Lead experience. Will be assisting with OVERFLOW calls from the unemployment offices around the US.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work without distraction in your home for 8 hours PER DAY
  • Must be dependable and speak clearly on the phone
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week with no interruptions or leaving the house.
  • Shifts may vary because calls will be coming in from across the country.
  • 16/Hour

Computer: Desktop or Laptop with these minimum characteristics:

· Intel Core i5 Processor with 8Gb memory

· 256Gb hard drive

· Windows 10

· 1 USB Type C 3.1 Gen 2 port - this is for the headset.

· 1 RJ-45 connection - Says that is hard wired.

Headset: Wired headset and microphone (USB C connection preferred)

Internet Connectivity:

· Wired internet connection

· Download – 20 Mbps minimum
