Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you become the face of a multi-billion-dollar corporation. You are the liaison between the existing/potential clients and our organization. Your role with AIL above all centers around educating our client base and would-be clients on how our program works, by utilizing a state-of-the-art computer program called the “Needs-Based Analysis Survey,” put together in-part by the labor advisory board. These outstanding leaders don’t work for us, but rather with us to help develop these programs to best fit the needs of the members we serve and their sponsors. The foundation of our 68-year-old organization rests on the shoulders of this position.
No experience is necessary, we will train you on everything you need to know to be successful!
Paid Weekly: Advances and Bonuses ($65k - $78k first year average income)
