What you'll be doing:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring pickups and deliveries are on schedule as it relates to orders placed on our smartphone app
  • Building customer relationships all across the country earning their loyalty and trust
  • Ability to multitask responding to inquiries in several environments
  • Help resolve shipping issues with a high level of professionalism
  • Assisting user with uploading pictures or completing orders in our system
  • Engage with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve product bugs/issues
  • Document and manage all tasks in our internal systems
  • Communicate directly with the sales team when necessary
  • Not only are we resolving customer's technical issues but providing world class customer service
  • Smiling as you speak with our customers, our customers can hear the smile
  • Working from your home office

FUNdamental Skills:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Automotive experience is PLUS
  • Performance based metrics understanding
  • Computer proficiency
  • Able to effectively tailor communication and style to different audiences
  • Able to self manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Thrives on a team where expertise is shared and feedback is welcomed
  • Effective time management including ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
  • Able to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while talking with customers
  • Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Logistics or transportation experience a plus

  • A clean desk
  • Quiet environment free of distractions
  • Ergonomically correct workspace
