ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
• Type of Opportunity: Contract to Hire (1560 hours to convert)
• Compensation: $10.00/hour with the opportunity to make up to $13.25 after a 90-day probationary period – based on attendance/schedule adherence and performance.
o You will be given an 8-10-hour shift between 7am-7pm Monday through Friday.
o All employees are required to work 10-hour days on Monday and Fridays – no exceptions
o OT may be mandatory during peak months or busy times (storm mode).
• No absences within the first 90 days! If you have a prior commitment you must tell TRC before your start date to get this approved by the client.
• If you have ever worked for ER Solutions or Convergent directly or through a staffing service, please notify us immediately so that we can confirm with HR that you can return.
• Training schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5pm. It is imperative that agents do not miss any training. 4 weeks classroom training (paid)
o Training consists of both classroom/lecture training and hands on/phone call taking training.
