We're currently looking for a Customer Service and Sales Agent to join a well-established company in the health insurance industry. Candidates should be prepared to work from home and be comfortable handling inbound customer service and sales calls.

Responsibilities and Duties
Take inbound calls from customers asking about a wide range of products and services
Understand and explain a variety of different products and solutions
Perform necessary data entry and paperwork post-call
Improve processes by recommending efficiencies
Qualifications and Skills
Active health insurance license
1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience in an office setting
Ability and desire to speak with customers over the phone
Available for a full-time schedule
Willing to work from home
