Tax Accountant

Overall description:

The position of accountant consists of completing individual and business tax returns, analyzing information, and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.

Requirements:

Our small CPA/Accounting firm is looking for a part-time tax accountant. The amount of work will depend on our workload. The position is for someone willing and able to work from home with flexible hours. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and delivers the work assignments on time.

All candidates must have 8-10 years' experience completing complex individual and business returns. Competency in completing Compiled Financial Statements is a must.

Proficient skills at tax research is highly desired.
