We are seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development Professional (Remote / Home Office) to join our team.

We are looking for sales professionals with experience selling staffing or recruitment services, a hunter who wants to earn the highest industry payouts, without the need to commute.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily sales operations
• Sell Staffing & recruitment
• Lead generation
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Establish sales goals and metrics
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent

Requirements:

You have 3+ years of sales and business development success.
You are entrepreneurial and are motivated to Succeed

Experience selling to MSP a plus.
Successful track record in B2B Sales in the recruitment or staffing industry.
Experience on phone base cold calling.
