Are you empathetic, reflective, and keen to help us improve our product?

Setter is looking for someone to join us as a customer service representative, with a focus on helping us to improve our virtual home checkup experience.

Currently, we run an online home checkup designed to keep homes safe and sound.

The first piece of this contract will involve you running through our home check-up as though you were a user and evaluating the service. This will help you to build empathy for other users of the service.

The next piece will involve you providing on-going support to users who're themselves going through the process. Helping them with their questions, and notifying our product team about opportunities to improve the check-up.
