Where we are going? This Client is anticipating multiple new programs throughout the second half of 2020. All these programs involve challenging positions in high-end IT and data programs that will directly support mission partners. We are looking for the best to be a part of new programs from the ground up where you can have a lasting impact on the Customers' needs.

What you will get to do:

  • Partner with the Division executive management and play a "key role" in shaping the future of AES' IC work and be a part of growing the business—this is more than just a recruiting position.
  • Recruiting within the Federal Government for cleared High-in-Demand IT candidates (mostly software developers, DevOPS, Cloud/AWS, Data Scientist, Data Engineering, AI/Machine Learning with TS/SCI POLY clearances).
  • Willingness to work simultaneously on open requisitions as well as requisitions that are for proposals efforts.
  • Recruiting for current openings as well as various building a talent pipeline to support the different projects objectives.
  • Recruit daily for TS/SCI POLY exempt IT Professionals.
  • Develop and improve sourcing strategies to attract qualified TS/SCI Poly candidates.
  • Add/Update/Manage Data on a daily basis within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). (BULLHORN)
  • Present resumes and write-ups to Program and Project Managers
  • Schedule interviews and assist with offer negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Full Life-Cycle Recruiting within the Intelligence Community for TS/SCI Poly IT candidates
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience attracting passive talent
  • Ability to work at home, apply self-driven metrics, and be very driven for success
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace, deadline driven environment

Location and Hours:

  • Northern Virginia (work from home with office visits locally)
  • Mon- Fri 8 AM to 5 PM (some evening hours too)

Education:

  • BA/BS Degree preferred
