Printronix is seeking a Salesforce Data Management Associate who will be responsible for working alongside the Americas Sales & Marketing organization to maximize collection, consolidation, enrichment and usage of end-user intelligence in an effort to improve data integrity, facilitate automated marketing, and accelerate business growth. Furthermore, the Customer Intelligence Lead will manage customer intelligence projects focused on research, organization, entry, and documentation of accurate customer information into Salesforce - the Company's customer relationship management tool.

The qualified candidate requires strong organizational and meticulous data management skills. This position is considered a Temporary Full-time position at 30 hrs./week.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to a uniform and standardized customer intelligence process to achieve the company's goal of having accurate and complete customer account and contact data
• Acquire customer intelligence data via internal stakeholders, internal databases, online open source research, phone calls, and email and then will accurately enter data into SalesForce.com application platform
• Verify existing customer intelligence data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data
• Review existing records for deficiencies and follow-up with customers to collect/enter missing key information
• Reconcile and correct data duplication issues
• Assist with cleansing and re-organizing customer asset records
• Liaise with appropriate internal stakeholders within each geographic region as necessary to ensure accurate changes are implemented concerning regional Salesforce records
• Audit own work to ensure a flawless execution and delivery of tasks according to instructed procedures and guidelines
• Provide support toward global efforts to add integrity to customer intelligence data in Salesforce as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing or related fields
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Proficiency in MS Excel preferred
• Knowledge and proficiency with Salesforce.com preferred but not required
• Must be able to research, analyze and provide professional intelligence assessments that support tactical, operational or strategic goals of the business
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
• Possess strong written, oral communication and time-management skills
• Be a creative and analytical thinker and have a meticulous approach to managing data sets
