Work from Home! Set your own hours. All our processors work virtually. We are a cloud based company. We connect with Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, Lending Pad, Dropbox, AirCall and the 1NMC email system. You must pass a criminal background check.

We pay our processors way more than the going rate. We are a production based company, the more you close, the more you make. This job offers a small base plus a large commission. You will mostly be using the same small group of lenders so you will not need to learn and relearn processes.

Mortgage Loan Processors are the backbone of our mortgage company. Our company is blowing up with refinance loans during these unprecedented times and the lowering of mortgage interest rates.

You will be required to get loans closed by calling and introducing yourself to the customer, collecting docs from customers, submitting their documentation to our affiliated investors, running Fannie/Freddie, ordering the appraisal, uploading to the investor site, getting a clear to close, making customers happy. This position includes processing of government loan products. Responsibilities:

Setup of new mortgage files received from Loan Officers.

  • You must supply your own computer, phone and wifi connection and show past successful processing with the equipment
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA, and Fannie/Freddie loan processing requirements.
  • Inputs mortgage loans into the mortgage loan origination system (LOS) and performs loan set up functions including ordering of credit reports, appraisals, title etc.
  • Reviews submitted loan files for accuracy and completeness. Prepares loan files for underwriting, completes required automated underwriting submissions (DO, DU) and reviews DO/DU findings, Uploads mortgage documentation into investor portals accurately and completely.
  • Clears conditions working with loan officers, underwriters and investors.
  • Ensures the broker proceeds are wired to one of the corporate bank accounts. Notify management of funding and forward docs.
  • Updates loan files and LOS with appraisal, tax and insurance information. Verifies that approved conditions and findings documentation requirements are met.
  • Works with originators, investors, underwriters and vendors to complete processing and clear files for closing.
  • Maintains and manages a pipeline of mortgage loans to assure timely closings, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and investor purchase.
  • Assists in the preparation of closing documents for mortgage loan closings. Reviews for accuracy.
  • Conducts verifications of loan and application information. Requests payoffs, credit updates, insurance binders and other.
  • Assembles post-closing package which includes the original signed loan application documents and the final CD.
  • Interacts with customers, attorneys, closing agents, appraisers etc. to insure a timely loan process and closing.
  • Maintains a current registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) if applicable.

Compensation:

Start with a base of $500/week, then receive a bonus of $300 for each closed loan file. We expect our best processors to close over 10 loans per month. We pay weekly via electronic deposit.
