We are hiring for customer focused individuals to help our clients find the best products for their needs. Join a fun team working together to drive exceptional service with opportunities to earn incentives.

Duties:

  • Help customers over the phone, by email and live chat place orders and problem-solve
  • Offer suggestions on additional products needed
  • Provide a positive customer experience
  • Answer any general inquiries customers may have

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Phone, email and chat experience a plus
  • Knowledge of automotive field a plus

Hours:

  • M-F 5:30pm -9:30pm
  • All schedules work every other weekend - Sat and Sun - 8-5

This position will be starting as a fully remote role.
