Support Position Opening
The successful candidate must have a great attitude and commitment to our amazing customer relationships and enjoy the Adventure Travel Industry. They must be committed to customer satisfaction by caring about our clients and their success. This is a permanent work-from-home position that requires the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. As such, the applicant must have access to reliable high-speed internet. Primary responsibilities will include providing phone and email support to our users, providing remote training to new clients, and being an advocate for our current clients in their requests for development.
