Support Associate

:

Service existing Auto, HELOC and Unsecured Lines of Credit. This include performing customer maintenance, processing payments and payoffs, and providing information to 3rd parties. Job may require to work from home or in an Operation Center.

Performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with consumer loan & lease servicing quality control review. Complete quality control review on loan files, records and prepares various reports. Enters data into the computer to ensure proper documentation, regulatory compliance, and company policies are meet.
