In this role you will be protecting the financial interests of members by researching, analyzing, and processing Credit Card disputes.
This is a Work from Home position. All candidates will need their own computers and high speed Internet access as a requirement for WFH capabilities.
· Work credit card associated tasks with a credit card fraud recovery team
· Daily review of member fraud claims will be conducted to ensure these are true fraud claims and not first party fraud.
· In addition, will have to use investigative skills to determine validity of the claim.
· Lastly, will also be responsible for calling out to members on follow up fraud cases; member contact is involved
· Dispute Case Handling Experience – 1 + year
· Chargeback experience 1+year
· Call escalation experience 1+ year
· Experience with Visa, Regulation E and Z

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour. Full time, W-2 position.
Duration: 6 month assignment with the opportunity to convert to permanent
Shift Required: Open availability to work any 8 hour shift, Monday – Friday between 7:00am and 4:30pm
