What we do: We have great success by putting together our Exclusive Open Job Orders (we currently have over 2,000 open positions!!!) and Recruiters with candidates (you). We are busier than we have ever been making over 100 placements per month but we cannot keep up we need your help!

How it works:

1. Review open job orders and our recommendations on the hottest positions to fill.

2. Source and screen candidates.

3. Facilitate completion of intake questionnaire filled out by candidate.

4. Email Candidate Resume & Questionnaire to our internal support team.

5. We do the rest.

• We submit candidate to the appropriate hiring manager/client.
• We conduct candidate interview prep.
• We negotiate offers.
• We invoice clients or account managers
• We pay you the recruiting fee and direct deposit the funds or send you a check.
