Job Requirements

· 2+ Years successful recruiting or sales/business development experience

· Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills

· Education or equivalent Experience: College Preferred

· The successful Direct Hire Recruiter will spend 4-4.5 hours of connected phone time daily sourcing candidates. This manifests itself in a minimum of 100-125 proactive, phone calls with potential candidates weekly.

· Demonstrates organizational and time management skills

· Intermediate computer skills including experience in using Microsoft Office products, electronic mail and scheduling systems
