Virtual Trainer (work from Home role)

Job Description:

• The candidate must have experience training and leading in a virtual capacity for a number of years.

Role descriptions:

• Facilitates external (provider) virtual training sessions

• Facilitates internal virtual training sessions

• Update user guide / documentation

• Supports new users on an analytics platform

• Updates excel reports for tracking internal / external trained users

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3 yrs of Training within a virtual setting / facilitation skills

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

• Organizational skills are essential, good interpersonal and team skills

Desirables:

• Experience with training provider groups

• Project management experience

• Experience with developing communication materials
