Agency Recruiter

The Dahlia Agency, a branch of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking a recruiter for 20-30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be comfortable calling resumes submitted via online job platforms and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through a series of several questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Job platforms, scripts, and training will be provided.

Experience is not required but is beneficial. This position is primarily work from home. Hourly pay plus commission based on three levels of bonuses rewarded for performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
