We are seeking an Admin to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
  • Respond to lead generation platforms for following up and scheduling
  • Balance calendars and assist field employees when needed
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents when needed
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields, not required but preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

*This is a potential work from home position* First round interviews will be conducted over the phone.
