We are seeking an Admin to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Respond to lead generation platforms for following up and scheduling
- Balance calendars and assist field employees when needed
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents when needed
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields, not required but preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
*This is a potential work from home position* First round interviews will be conducted over the phone.
