Engagement Project Manager

We are seeking an Engagement Project Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide business and technical know-how to customers in support of pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Lead implementation to make technology work for customers and insure they are trained to use solutions effectively.
• Analyze customers' needs and suggest solutions or to further improve customer's processes and business.
• Work with management to win new business and increase sales.
• Plan, direct and manage the customer engagements from inception to closure.
• Function as an information and infrastructure architect and collaborates in the design and deployment of Systems and Software components necessary to thrill the end customer.
• Possess software development mindset and awareness of development challenges and works to streamline software delivery pipelines where she/he has direct influence.
• Manage on- and off-shore teams.
• Provide regular project status updates on schedule, budget, and deliverables during the Executive Project meetings
• Develop standards and operational procedures that support current and future operational needs.
• Maintain change management procedures. Manage and oversee the planning and deployment of updates to customer production applications, and post-production confirmation of successful implementation.
• Manage the production support function including establishing procedures, monitoring, troubleshooting issues and escalation between the customer and internal teams.
• Able to work from home.

Skills:

• Experience and/or understanding of Microsoft Solution Stack (like Azure, Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, O365).
• Experience in IT project management positions.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Experience working directly with customers and end users
• Experience using Microsoft Project, SharePoint and other task tracking tools
• Experience using Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
• Solid understanding of software solutions and cloud-based offerings and services.
• Experience talking in front of a C-Suite and large groups.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering or computer science or equivalent experience preferred.
