Job Title: Content Enablement Specialist – Sales Collateral Creation

Location: Primary location SJC or RTP, Secondary anywhere in the US (for the right candidate)

Needs to create net new and updating existing content, collateral and other deliverables (PPT, DOC, PDF, VoD, HTML) which enables client sellers to understand what Learning team offers, and ultimately sell faster. Will interlock with key stakeholders and business partners to provide relevant enablement activities and content.

Ideally, has some sales experience themselves to understand the short attention span of sellers and that sellers are getting bombarded selling complex technologies from multiple vendors. Simplicity and focus on differentiators is key.

Will support sellers who are experts in training as well as junior salespeople who just need a one-pager to start a conversation. We serve different audiences like Learning Partners, channel partners and direct sales

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support Learning dept enablement efforts; build and execute on integrated internal enablement plans and capabilities in alignment with sales and business priorities

• Collect feedback from sellers, partners and go-to-market groups to implement changes that will accelerate the customer's value realization of the service, solution and technologies

• Have a thorough understanding of the business context – i.e. how the organization sells, how the partner model works, how digital capabilities are being leveraged to scale and enable the business

• Ability to work well with many levels of management as well as technical contributors

• Able to quickly drive, communicate and gain support for decisions in unstructured environments
